Ingredients
1french baguette
3tablespoonsolive oil
Instructions
Slice the french baguette into 1/2 inch slices (or slightly thinner).
Lightly brush olive oil onto each side of the slices and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake them for 8-10 minutes at 400°F (no flipping required).They are done when they start turning a light golden color. Note: We are looking for a crispy exterior and soft interior.
Serve warm with a dip or top it off with your choice of topping.

Note: When brushing olive oil on each side of the slices, note that the more oil you use, the crunchier the crostini. If you lightly brush the crostini with oil, they will come out crispy.
