Summertime is the right time to make cold pasta and this one is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser! It’s filled with my favorites like olives, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, and feta, all drizzled with a tangy champagne vinaigrette.
I’ve made this pasta as simple as possible so the only real “work” here is boiling the pasta 😉 Make this pasta salad for a picnic, a barbeque, or potluck, as one thing will be certain: it will surely be a hit!

To make this recipe, you will need:
Start by boiling water and cook the pasta according to the directions on the box. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, and transfer it to a large bowl.
Slice the olives, if they are not already sliced, chop the parsley, and drain the artichoke hearts.
Add the olives, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, parsley, and dressing to the pasta and toss to combine.
Then add the feta cheese and cherry tomatoes to the pasta and toss to combine.
And…you’re done! You can serve it right away or let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
Yes, this pasta keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
