Ingredients
1boxgarden rotini pasta(16 ounces)
1 ¾cupssliced black olivesabout 1 can
½cupManzanilla green olivessliced
¾cupsundried tomatoes (with oil)Julienne cut
1canquartered artichoke heartsdrained
1cupfeta cheesecrumbled
2cupscherry tomatoes (about 10 ounces)cut in half
⅓cupfresh parsleyfinely chopped
1cupGirard's champagne dressing
Instructions
In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to the directions on the box. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, and transfer it to a large bowl.
Slice the olives (if they are not already sliced), chop the parsley, and drain the artichoke hearts.
Add the olives, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, parsley, and dressing to the pasta and toss to combine.
Add the feta cheese and cherry tomatoes to the pasta and toss to combine. Serve.
