To make this recipe, start by boiling a big pot of water. Add the pasta and boil according to the package’s directions until al-dente.

In a separate large skillet set on medium-high heat, melt the butter. 

Once the pasta is al dente, drain it in a colander (reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta water). Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the butter and toss. Add in 2 tablespoons of the reserved pasta water.

Next, add the salt and pepper, grated parmesan cheese, and parsley.

Gently toss to combine well.

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
