Ingredients
1boxangel hair pasta
4tablespoonsbutter
½cupparmesan cheesegrated
¼cupfresh parsleyfinely chopped
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Boil a big pot of water. Add the pasta and boil according to the package's directions until al dente.
In a separate large skillet set on medium-high heat, melt the butter.
Once the pasta is al dente, drain it in a colander (reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta water). Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the butter and toss. Add in 2 tablespoons of the reserved pasta water and toss.
Next, add the salt and pepper, grated parmesan cheese, and parsley.Gently toss to combine well. Serve warm.
