Put the dressing in an airtight jar and store it in the refrigerator. It will be good for up to 3 weeks. Be sure to stir it before using.
If the dressing sets in the refrigerator, let it thaw out on the counter for a few minutes before using. If you can’t wait, zap it in the microwave for just 5 seconds, stir, then serve!
