Instructions
Boil the eggs: Put the eggs in a small saucepan with cold water. Bring them to a boil, then turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water.
Lightly toast the bagels. Spread both sides with cream cheese.
