Notes
Can I make this salsa ahead of time?
You can most definitely chop up the mango, onion, and cilantro ahead of time and store it in a container in the refrigerator. When you are ready to serve the salsa, then cut up and add the avocado and lime juice just before serving.
How do I store this recipe?
This salsa tastes great freshly made, but if you have any leftovers, you can store it in an airtight container for up to a day or two in the refrigerator. This will run the risk of the avocado browning but the lime juice in the salsa should help prevent that.
