Instructions
Start with the pita bread. If your pita bread has a pocket, you can cut it in half and open the pocket to stuff it. Or, you can fold the entire pita in half (without cutting it), to make a sturdier bed for the fillings.Depending on your preference, you can warm up the pita in a toaster oven just so it's warm, not toasted!
Spread hummus on one side of the pita.
Then, add the veggies: layer on the romaine lettuce, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and onion (fresh or pickled). Add the falafel on top. You can keep the falafel whole or break them in half.
Finally, drizzle on tahini sauce and a generous amount of tzatziki sauce.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs and serve/eat immediately. Enjoy!
