4brioche buns
1teaspoonbutter
4tablespoonsmayonnaise

Instructions
Start by making the caramelized onions, see recipe here.
Make four patties with the ground beef and sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Grill them, cook them on the stove, or bake them. [See notes].
Once the onions and patties are cooked, you are ready to assemble. Set a medium-sized pan on medium-high heat and add the butter. Let it melt, then slightly toast the inner sides of the brioche buns.
Smear the bottom bun with one tablespoon of mayo, and layer on the kale, tomato slices, patty, one tablespoon of feta cheese, a spoonful of caramelized onions, then the top bun.
Serve while it's warm and enjoy!
