Ingredients
1poundbeef liver
3tablespoonsolive oil
1mediumonionchopped
1green bell pepperchopped (about 1½ cups)
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Chop the liver into small pieces (about 1-inch).
in a large skillet set on medium heat, add the chopped onion and green pepper and cook until translucent and soft.
Add the beef liver and brown on medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes to brown the liver.
