Ingredients
1cuprolled oats
1 ½cupsmilkor milk substitute
1teaspoonpumpkin spice
½cuppumpkin pureenot pie filling
1teaspoonvanilla extract
3tablespoonsmaple syrup
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
In a small to medium-sized pot, bring the oats and milk to a simmer over medium heat.
Once it's simmering, add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, salt, vanilla and maple syrup and stir until combined.
Cook until the oats are softened but maintain texture (about 2 minutes).
Serve warm on its own or with toppings like walnuts, pecans, slivered almonds, dates, raisins, cranberries, apples, bananas, more milk, or cinnamon.

Can I substitute the milk for water?Yes, you may substitute the milk for water or a mix of half water and half milk.Can I use a different kind of oat?Cooking times will vary depending on the type of oats you use.
