2 ½teaspoonsturmeric
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Prep the chicken, leave the skin on, and put in a big bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and add the turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix to evenly coat all of the chicken legs.
Place the chicken on a rimmed baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the outside is browned. Enjoy!
