4ciabatta buns

2cupscoleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
Creamy Chipotle Sauce
¼cupmayo
1cupsour cream
¼cupchipotle pepper in adobo sauce
3teaspoonsfresh lime juice
1clovegarlic
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Make the Creamy Chipotle Sauce
Put all the chipotle sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.Store any leftovers in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Make the Burger
*If you want an extra spicy burger, chop the optional jalapenos and mix them into the ground beef.Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions. Flatten them and sprinkle each one with salt and pepper.
Grill, bake or pan-fry the patties. See notes.
Once they are cooked, add a slice of pepper jack cheese on top and let it melt.
It's time to assemble the burger. Lightly toast the ciabatta buns.
Spread mayo on the bottom bun.
Layer on the sliced avocado, the patty with the melted cheese, and coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage.
Spoon on a generous serving of creamy chipotle sauce. Place the top bun. Enjoy!
