3tablespoonssugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Make a half cup of strong coffee. Set it aside.
Separately, in a medium saucepan on medium to medium-high heat, add the milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and sugar. Whisk to combine the ingredients and bring it to an almost boil (steaming hot).
Add the coffee to the saucepan. Stir to combine.
Once the milk is frothy and hot, it's done. Pour into serving cups.Top with freshly-made whipped cream, if desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin spice and serve. Enjoy!
